Personal Care Assistant

Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) provide help to clients needing a hand with the activities of daily living or those who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. We provide in-house training and skill development directly from our professional nurses.

We are seeking team members that are committed to caring for our clients with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. 

Responsibilities

  • Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual. 
  • Personal Care – Personal Care services go beyond home assistance and companionship. These services could include assisting the client with mobility and personal hygiene, providing medication reminders, and accompanying clients to medical appointments.
  • Monitor – Report any noteworthy changes in the client’s condition.
  • Home Assistance – Provide assistance with general living needs, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assisting client with errands as needed.
