Non-medical in-home assistance
It’s easy to forget to do daily tasks. Some clients need home care assistance for personal purposes. At Advanced Care, we offer bi-monthly nurse assessments to make sure everyone we work with is staying healthy and is comfortable.
Additionally, we offer medication reminders to limit any missed doses and to help our clients stay on track with their health. We know personal care assistance is important to ensure everyone is doing their best — and we’re happy to provide it at Advanced Care!
Transfer and Mobility
One service we are thrilled to offer at Advanced Care is transfer and mobility assistance. We are happy to help clients with transfer assistance as they need it, no matter where they’re headed.
In order to make sure our clients are always feeling safe with us, we also offer fall prevention, so they don’t have to worry about their health being at risk. We work on various range of motion exercises with clients, when applicable, to help them stay in their best shape. This allows them to stay proactive about their health and keeps them motivated.
Transportation
Even seniors need to run errands! Whether it’s for appointments, to go shopping, to meet others at social outings, or to attend church, we are happy to provide transportation services to our clients from Mequon to Slinger, Cedarburg, and the surrounding areas.
Instrumental Tasks
Another service we offer here at Advanced Care is providing assistance in completing instrumental tasks. This means anything from retrieving or sending out mail, providing appointment reminders, accepting packages or home deliveries, and other personal business tasks.
While these can be daily tasks or few and far between, they are still important to many of our clients. We are happy to be there to help!
