Initial phone consultation to discuss client’s caregiving needs.

In-home assessment by a registered nurse. This may also be done via Zoom, if requested.

Nurse makes a recommendation and builds a personalized plan of care.

Care is initiated, followed by bi-monthly nurse evaluations.
